Try dodging, jumping, and pulling out the bananas in the air. Make sure your bananas are never sitting on the ground. And if Diddy was in Melee, he would be god.

Bananas require too much strategy and effort to "spam". They are a strategy, and a good thing. And we all know, you can't get too much of a good thing :D

Ice Climbers.

Just use them constantly. Never leave your nanners unnatended. If you no longer want them, throw them off the edge, if you want to avoid them being grabbed or reflectored in midair, be aggresive and do the unexpected. If ever the opponent gets it, get it back quick.

This is an excellent guide, but I just had one thought... It's about Water Gun. I've been aimlessly thinking of a way for it to be useful, and in the small chance you get this oppurtunity, it is. You see, Water Gun is practically useless if the enemy has forward momentum on you, and a well...

Yay Diddy! Well I find MK to be a pain to fight, but I just use mindgames. The thing is, Meta Knight may have a low amount of flaws, but the player or the mind of the player can screw up. Get them confused, and you can win. That's why people have trouble with Diddy.

Well you could throw and catch, then throwing it will have less lag than shooting it. It's not great though...
