    Which is why you take what you can get, or you get a NTSC copy of Brawl.

    With homebrew, you can play NTSC Brawl on a Pal console.

    **** man. You're giving up custom character textures? And stage textures? AND Custom music? AND unlimited replay length? And the chance to get frame data? And the chance to just mess around with Brawl for fun? Try out PSA characters? Try out BBrawl? Brawl+? Colored shields? Music Swapping? Unrestricted Camera for snapshots?

    This game is good, but unlocked, its much better. <_<

    PSA isnt region locked. You can use it too as long as you have the latest File Replacement Code. :V

    Ohh. They're character's "made" from the program called Project Smash Attacks.

    In a general sense, they're characters with 99.9% custom movesets, though not everyone uses PSA to that potential ie see Clones like Shadow, Doc Mario, etc etc.

    Phantasy Star III is a étrange part of the series. The only connection that I see with any other Phantasy Stars is the fact that Wren is in it.

    How do you feel about this thread?

    I think that stuff like this should be posted in the social/ tournament results threads. I can see there being an exception for huge tournaments that many Fox players plan on attending, but I don't really think it justifies it's own thread at this time (in this case, it would be posted in the social/ tournament results thread first to see if many people were planning on entering, then be made into it's own thread). So then if a lot of players are going, there can be a thread like the "Peach Genesis Dinner" one.
