TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE POKEMON FROM GENS 3-7
The Pokemon Company has released an official statement on Pokemon Bank, which allows transfer between Gens 7 and 8.
【Important Notices】 We have released a notice that the "Pokemon Bank" service will be free of charge due to the termination of the "Nintendo eShop" service of the Nintendo 3DS series. From the end of March 2023, we plan to make the service free for a certain period of time.
I'm assuming after that certain period, transfer between Gens 3-7, HOME, and 8 will be impossible. If there are any Pokemon you want to transfer from any older games, make sure to figure out what you're doing. That free period seems to be a good timeframe if you don't want to use money.
