It's a personal chart; generally you do them however you want. Basically, you'd just rank what your top 20 songs were for that week were. For some people that might be just the top 20 most listened that weeks, for others they might have enjoyed a song a lot more without it being their most played. It's pretty much just you picking what your top 20 songs ago. Good examples of charts can be seen here (I chose an old week cause it's most likely you'd see the most variety):
