at first i thought the character list for low tier tourney was high tier - any character azen ripped out at CoT4. it seems correct There wasn't any large difference in power with the characters legal, and the allowing of bottom mid characters prob was just because of Blue (loljk) but yes...

too bad, i wish m2k's ike got recorded lol
