You can only be as good as your tech skill and execution, so yes, to reach your own top-level you'll need to perfect your techskill to expand all your options. Utilizing those options is not a part of techskill, just gameknowledge. I could have all the gameknowledge in the world.. If I can't...

Isai dropping is irrelevant as aerials don't have any landing lag at all in this game, you can drop trough at any moment without having to move. Shai dropping is possible as people have answered, but it's alot easier than it is in Melee. A cool thing you can do in 64 is pivot shai drop! Pretty...
