  • still good

besides i think it's pretty dumb for any move in this game to have positive frame adv. on block <_<
    good in frames not auto-set-ups

    get creative

    become ken

either that or rally a support to make dash grabs good (hint)
ok, good, I thought you had some crazy idea that any positive adv on shield wasn't very good... ;p
Marth's fair is amazingly safe if you FF it. It can't shield combo, but it isn't punishable, to say its bad is pretty silly imo. I neither want, nor am I willing to argue about this. I will get Marth's aerial data sometime after I collect the rest of the "movement data", test the characters I've have already told people I'll look at + get jab (f-tilt in MK's case) advantages for my mains.
Yes, that is what I meant. I'm actually gonna test Marth's SHFF either later tonight or tomorrow, just got everyone's SH and FH frame data.

I'll look into his aerials a bit more also if you want. I'm trying to get stuff for... everyone... atm.
I assume you mean fair advantage on block. the effective sstun (ie, accounting for the shld) is 8/10 (tipper/not). The maximum advantage on block (landed) is +1/+3.
I'm going to take the time to count all of those 1s and see just how much rep I have.
This means you have added me to your friends list. Every of your friends on the online list appears with a + next to them.
that wouldn't be fun neko D=

but yeah on the mk color scheme my name is sugoi white

i'll be the articuno in ur irc

    coo coo
Maybe. Good thing the WBR is getting cleaned up now. I probably won't be reinvited but I did my part by just clicking a few things, eh.

keep looking, ask leaf to help; it's definitely in there, it's where the meat of the 1st batch of PSA info arrived from.
    positive

idk if you can search just "PSA" in thread titles

but I'm positive it's in there.

You might want trying to look through threads created on August.
    I knooooow. ;p I'm not that new.

What does GH stand for? I only know that Neko means cat in Japanese. xd
yo neko i got a task for you.

in the wbr, search for the thread that addresses porting to PSA (you'll see a lot of posts, mostly from magus if it's the right one).

if you have the max post per page, great. i need to dl all the pages and send them to me via mediafire or something.

it is for the changelist obv

don't fail me neko you old man you ;(
Well of course, he's the main hero, he can't be erratic and un-hero-like. <_<
But the whole "I start out in the evil kingdom as dark knight and become a paladin"-stuff was pretty cool.
All of those characters had more personality than Sephiroth, and I can't believe you actually named Cecil there, he's probably one of the deepest main heroes in the whole series. <_<
Nameless character classes you can choose don't count. They're not really characters per se, as they have no personality or actual dialogue.
I'm not much of a fan, although I did play all of them until X-2, which was the last I played. I hate VII, though. :D
The only new things those game brought to the series was flat characters and bad story writing. :D
I liked IX the most out of the 3D games, maybe because I didn't like those "innovations" you speak of. If you want the game to be innovative, I'd actually recommend you not playing an RPG, lol. They're all pretty much the same.

If you like the series, you should give IX a try. If you don't, then you don't have to. I actually don't like RPGs that much, but I enjoyed FFIX. So yea.
It's actually the best of the 3D games, at least out of those I played (I played every game till X-2). It was more oriented towards the classic games like IV in terms of gameplay and storyline. People who didn't know the older games found IX to be "Too Fantasy-ish", while those who played the old games found VII onwards to be "Too Cyberpunk-ish" and liked IX.

I wouldn't say it's lacking. It's not as good as the SNES or NES games, but it's still a good installment in the series. Story is nice, characters have quite some depth, gameplay is fine. I don't see any problem with it.
