Keith's new album is spectacular, not a bad track on there. No matter what you get from Carrie is gonna be awesome :)
As far as Brad Paisley goes, his newest album American Saturday Night is pretty dang good, but Mud on the Tires, Time Well Wasted, and 5th gear all have great songs on them so it's up to you XD
Sugarland is one of my favorite acts, you'll enjoy them a lot and their songs don't really get old, at least for me.
If you want the best of Sugarland I'd recommend not starting with their newest album that just came out, while still good, it's not as good as their earlier albums and goes away from what they usually do. Twice The Speed of Life, Enjoy the Ride, and Love on the Inside are honestly all must haves XD Try and get them from a used CD store or something, or just download their hits from the albums on the internet.
Also for Keith Urban, you have possibly his best album but he has amazing songs on others, so if you ever want to just get his singles here's a list of them (not on Golden Road):
Where the Blacktop Ends
Days Go By
You're My Better Half
Making Memories of Us
Better Life
Once In a Lifetime
I Told You So
Stupid Boy
Everybody
You Look Good in my Shirt
Sweet Thing
Kiss a Girl
Only You Can Love Me This Way
'Til Summer Comes Around
I'm In
