Dear God almighty, that's insane. And with the ledgegrab rule so exploitable, unless somebody comes up with something better, fast, that might very well be game.

Yeah, i think there will always be a way around limiting rules, just like rules limiting CGs.

I can respect that, it's way more reasonable than saying "i will NEVER, EVER think about banning MK". which is rather ignorant imo.

Maybe it's just you. I always get ***** by G&W online because he's definitely a wifi character, at least vs Kirby, but offline it's all about spacing, and I don't run into his smashes like I do if he randomly throws them out online.

http://www.youtube.com/watch#v=V1EgIUqX59s&feature=related that's my only recorded offline match vs G&W and it was from forever ago @_@ that was before bucket braking became popular, and he didn't use bucket in general to get Kirby's Chef absorbtion, but I think that just adds to the mindgames, if you know what i'm talking about.

Like, how G&W can Dair Kirby out of Copy like half the cast can, or how he can absorb Kirby's version of Chef into his bucket. The question then becomes "will he?" which is where mindgames come into play. If I think he'll Dair my Copy then I'll just Starshot and punish Dair's landing lag. If I think he'll Bucket my Chef then I'll just throw out a couple sausages and punish the bucket's huge ending lag.

I think it's a fun matchup. I beat Needle of Juntah's G&W in pools once (beat his MK/G&W 2-0) and that's like, the best G&W I've played T_T

I guess there aren't many around here. Lou has gotten a lot better since I last played him, I should play him next tourney and see. I did play a G&W a few weeks ago in tourney and trashed him :/ but he wasn't that good

If it's about priority and stuff like that, shouldn't theoretically G&W pwnzor Wario as well? I don't know the matchup, but I have the feeling it's in Wario's favor, despite being outprioritized in most cases.

Oi, I was just about to say, "oh wow that sounds really easy then I should try it!", but realized that it would be very boring to do it that way.

That's like playing MOTHER 3 and using the New Year's Eve bomb on the Porky Statue. I did it the hard way (which has luck in it lol) and only used PK Flash against it. (PK Flash has a chance to One Hit KO someone, but it's really slim)...

Anyways get on AIM this is so much harder haha. I want an in depth talk about Paper Mario >:3

I think the main part I hated myself was that some of the badges were useless and then some were too good. I also hated that guy that tries to upgrade your points, but downgrades another. :/...also a bit annoying that after you defeat an enemy they no longer give you star points. :C

The game was really fun though I do agree, I still have it for my n64. I wish some of your partners weren't so useless...Goombario is good until you get the "Peek-a-boo" badge. :/ I only used him for tattling. Lots of items were useless too...

The story itself though was amazing :3

Lol yeah the Original one is too legit. I do hate just a few things about the first one:

1. Not being able to "continue" after you beat Bowser at the end. Even if there wasn't much more to do, I would have loved being sent to Toad Town and given the chance to explore or collect the rest of the badges without having to go all the way back through Bowser's Castle, and down the Star Path if you want to make sure you got everything done.

2. A few of the chapters felt too short, or a few that were kind of long felt "filler" long. The third one, where you have to beat Tubba Blubba, basically felt like it was only kinda long because his house was so friggen huge, and if you wanted to make sure you got everything you had to travel through it a few times. That and the path to his house IMO was too long. The Mansion part where you work your way to Bow, I think that was pretty good. However, when You gotta travel through Gusty Gulch, and then further and further and then finally you get to his house, it just seems like it drags on unnecessarily long lol.

I don't mind traveling, or taking some time to get to the "final" spots, but I just wish more happened. Like the path to the Crystal Palace was long, but pretty epic. There was quite a lot of stuff for you to do, puzzles to do, stuff to figure out. Then, inside the Palace, although it takes some time if you want to get everything, you are doing a lot of stuff to get through like moving statues and hitting switches. Third Chapter? NOOOOOPE ENJOY THE GUSTY GULCH BIATCH LOL.

3. While there were a lot of pretty cool badges (and the concept of badges being cool), I hated how there were a LOT of duplicates of basically useless or nearly useless badges. I can understand there being multiple HP Plus or FP Plus Badges, or even something like Deep Focus, but there were like 2-3 badges for stuff like Dizzy Stomp or Shrink Stomp or something basically worthless lol. I wish for some of those, instead of duplicates, they just had other different badges. Even if they were joke badges like Slowgo rofl.

Oh my god I heard you were playing the original one after I got them all. X_x ... I'm in Bowser's Castle.

I may disagree about the 6:4 thing exploration thing, but I can't disagree with anything else said.

I've been a fool to support ledge rule crap only to realize that after researching it for the planking thread that MK's was so much superior to every else's planking and he was without a doubt the best at fighting planking. I've supported rules to be placed on MK to stop this only to realize we're putting arbitrary rules down to force a position like this.

Even Whobo is placing additional stage rules for MK on what he can do which is ridiculous at this point.

I'd recommend making a thread, it could actually be the final nail in the coffin to get him banned.
