Story:
I've been active on this forum on and off since I joined, during the Brawl years.
My first time commentating a Smash tournament was in 2013. This was well before I was aware of who anyone was in the tournament or Smash Bros circuit. I was fresh to the whole thing and had no idea who anyone was or even how things worked.
I paid for a spectator ticket and showed up in person at Impulse 2013 in Toronto.
I didn't know who Prog was or that he was one of the most prevalent commentators. I was invited to commentate alongside him on the livestream.
I didn't know who Mango was or that he was one of the most successful melee players. I commentated some of his matches and met him later on.
Seeing how cool and laid back the whole community was impressed me.
Since then, during Smash 4's early years, I created a wealth of Smash content on youtube (www.youtube.com/cobbsgames).
I took a break for a little while for reasons.
