Please, you'd be stupid to compare Blea's bracket to Eddy's.

Of course only tournament sets count. Being able to stay composed in a truly competitive environment is part of being a skilled player.

Westballz loses to Luigis everywhere fairly often, hell, Westballz loses fairly often.

Only South Florida would put Blea even close to Abate.

Wobbles has beaten M2k 4 times to my knowledge, and beat all of he gods he faced at evo 2013 meaning that he has taken 7 sets off of gods and has only not beaten Armada and Leffen if you want to count him.

Why do top level players still screw up when they try to edgeguard Sheik? I can't tell you how many times I just see good pleyers get off the ledge prematurely and let the Sheik get back for free. It's very simple to just stay on the ledge, because landing on stage is laggy enough to punish on...

But MacD has never fully DQed anyone for being late to one match, regardless of whether or not it was Mango or Hax or some random doofus. He always treats everyone the same. SmashCapps has failed to acknowledge that in any of his responses, despite being pointed out by many people.

THAT is top player privilege. What happened at Press Start has precedent in MacD's TOing style and was NOT biased towards top players.

My philosophy on DQs for time constraints is not that players should be DQed not for not doing exactly what TOs told them, but for disobeying orders and adversely affecting the pace of the tournament. Mango, Hax, and S2J held up winners bracket, thus DQ. If they didn't hold up losers bracket...

@SmashCapps you provide absolutely no evidence that a lower leveled player would have been fully DQed, while many people with expertise in a tournament setting provide evidence that they would NOT have been DQed. That alone makes this whole article a load of major BS, since there was NO TOP...

Yeah, Javi has actually been to 4 tournaments in the U.S. in 3 years, and only one was during his peak.

I think that tap jump is good at jumping when you shine-spike and stuff with Fox, but with Falco I think pillars are easier if you just hold down and alternate between the b, x, and a buttons (resetting the control stick to neutral briefly so you can fastfall the dair ofc)
