It'd be a tad on the unfair side if he could move, so I decided to keep him stuck with firing the cannon like Snake's Side-B.

I plan on there being some lag on Ninjakoop taking the cannon away, so that it needs to be used at the right time.

And I'm trying to do the same for Ninjakoop, but right now his Down-B is the only special that's from Paper Mario. xD
It's the Bullet Bill Cannon that the Koopa Bros use in the game, except it's power is toned down considerably. I'm thinking of how far each Bullet Bill should be allowed to fly before falling onto the ground without exploding (ala DK and Diddy's opening cutscene in SSE) and disappearing. I'm having the damage dealt being just a bit less than Toon Link's bombs.
