I do though... EL isn't a top player because he hasn't mastered the mental side of the game.
If you need credentials, I'm well-respected in Nevada but don't place often, I've played most of the top west coast Marth's in tournaments and crew battles (including DannyKat and Bardull, MikeHaze's garbage), and I've placed top 25 in singles and top 10 in doubles in major events. I'm not trying to clam up your boards, but as far as teaching new players the game, Tier lists get a lot of attention, and people always tend to think "What can I spam or abuse to win," when really, the top players tend to beat you in the basic aspects of the game, and then abuse opens up to them.
The Marth boards are a bit stuck at the moment, focusing so much on what little attacks they can do here and there to win a button war, when really what people aren't realizing about Marth is that he can absolutely crush people mentally with excellent play.
