The Nesses I've played usually SH a Fair and then if you shielded, they would land in back of u and Bair. You just need to predict him better. If he's approaching from the air, try the UpB, it has higher priority. Also try getting under him when hes in the air, since Fair can't hit you...

I can see him as high tier but nothing more. Personally I'm happy he's not ranked high because then more people would use him and Oli players would get less credit for being good.

You have a good Olimar and you timed the whistle good. The only thing is you could have killed MK on his last life by using the Purples in an Fmash instead of throwing them at him.

U-tilt is good when they're approaching from the air, but leaves Oli standing in place. Nair is good when you're trying to combo them in the air, such as Nair>Uair and is more mobile.
