For example, are red Pikmin immune to flamethrower, fire breath, PK fire, fire flowers, etc.? How about yellow ones being immune to Pikachu's attacks that use electricity (like some of his smashes as well as his B moves). Also, in stages with water. If you take a dunk, will all your Pikmin...

I think that everyone chooses their own settings, in regards to stage and item selection. However I don't think you can change the mode from time to stock, etc. I think all "With Anyone" matches are 2 minutes long. I hope I'm wrong though.

None of my nearby Gamestops haven't heard anything about a demo, although they said if they were to get them it would be too early. However they could just be lying to me because they don't want a million non paying customers in their store.

I'm personally doing NOTHING to prepare. I haven't even touched any Smash game for the last month. What I liked most about the Smash games is that first impression. I want to have that feeling of awe when I get Brawl too.

Yes, from what I understand you only have a finite list of music to play for any given stage. However in the stage builder, you can choose any music you have unlocked to play.
