It's actually about something different entirely. I don't mind talking about the boards while we're at it, though.

Also sonic generations is the one sonic game that actually looks like it could be very very something very special. Sonic 4 was like this... until I played it. But still generations looks promising. Time will tell

I've been suspecting for a while whether it's even possible for Sonic game to be truly great ever again. Not because of the developers, but because the way the games work.

Here's how I see it: the great Sonic game has to have a lot of speed in it's gameplay, but also offer the more accurate platforming parts. Both of those aspects should also be bigger and better than those of the old Sonic games or otherwise there won't be no reason to play the new game. However, there's a limit how much speed you can add without turning the entire game into just one giant QTE or sacrificing the accurate platforming, and I think that limit may have already been reached by the current Sonic games.

How did everyone's gamer tag come about?

The first forums I ever posted on were the exboard forums for my league's sports teams. Believe it or not, back in the day, I was one of the best cross-country runners in my league, but I was young then, barely in highschool. I had to think up a name that made sense for me in the situation and so I chose "Sonic The Hedgedawg" for the following reasons:

--- I love sonic the hedgehog (I love miles "tails" prower more but everyone knows who sonic is, not everyone knows who tails is right away)
--- Sonic runs, I was a runner
--- My XC team was called the "Running Dawgs" (spelled that way too).


I picked the name and it stuck, and it's never been a problem securing that name on any forum, etc. that I join so I've just kept it.

Little Rupert, who is so small he can fit in an adult's hand, was born after vets failed in their battle to save his mother.



At just 6" tall and weighing just over a pound, he is now in an incubator in the intensive care unit at Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital in Buckinghamshire. He has only recently opened his eyes.

I didn't like Sonic Colors. A large part of it was I'm loosing interest in 2D platformers. The main reason was it seemed like a joke; Eggman was a buffoon, what happened to the Eggman who spotted the fake emerald and launched Sonic into space in a capsule (Sonic Adventures 2)? The writing was bad, reeeal bad and I liked the bigger (daytime) stages and better graphics of Sonic Unleashed which came before. Where's Knuckles, Shadow and the rest? Some of the other characters were cool.

When I played Melee I wanted my tag to be "Tofu" but I missed the "u" and made it an "r", making it "Tofr" which is Tofer.
The Boo boo part is what my boyfriend calls me.

Classical has some amazing pieces. It can lend some pretty impressive elements to other genres too, so that's another reason why I like it. I don't really care for the whole elitist "classical is the only true music there is" kind of thinking many of its fans have, though.

Seeing you post images from gelbooru, I was actually worried for a while. And that Yoshi is amazing, not disgusting.

I agree on the classical music but im kinda eh on the Zombie Yoshi. If anything Luigi looks more beast than him but that's just me.
