Just be friendly, get to know people, and just try to help out with whatever is relevant to your strengths. If there's discussions involving Zelda/Sheik, then you're one of the go-to guys now.

I can deal with muscle cubs, but the standard bear isn't attractive to me.

(the "cub" means that they can be younger and the "muscle" means that they aren't thin, but they are actually in shape)
