Some INFO about the SCHEDULE

Day 1​

11am: Pools 1, 2, 3, and 8 will start. Be there at 10 or 10.30am. If you're in Pool 1, listen to Karajan, go near him. If you're in Pool 2, listen to me and come near me. If you're in Pools 3 and 8, listen to Nintendude and go near him.

1pm: Pools 4, 5, 6, and 7 will start. Be there at 12:30ish.
The following people will have matches on stream (Biftueki) at 1pm in 15minute increments (1pm, 1.15 pm, 1.30 etc): Clubba v Kero, Firo v Nintendude, HectroHertz v Komo, Killer v Stranded, The Z v Fireblaster, Knitephox v Clubba, Firo v Skyfire.

3pm: Doubles, all. Streamed on Bifuteki

5pm to 7pm: Pools EXTRA TIME. Means if your pool wasn't finished you have to play at this point.

7pm: Top-24 Bracket on Bifuteki.

Day 2​

10am: Top-8. ClashTournaments stream.

i know, guys. i really do. and i apologize profusely. this was not the schedule i saw - the one i saw had doubles at 10am and singles later on, and i know this was a draw for people. please, warm up ahead of time, get some rest, get some food, be on point for your top 8 performance.

Those pool numbers are wrong. If you are in a pool with "B" you have an 11am pool. If you are in a pool with "C" you are in a 1pm pool. Please be at your pools early.

64 gets shafted with a 10 am slot again. Not worried for myself since I won't even come close to top 8, but it's really a disgrace to the game and anyone that plays it. Then afterwards, someone will bring up that the game isn't getting as many stream viewers as the other games and use that again to put the game in a 10 am slot in whatever else tournament.

Also, I want to clarify doubles rules in case they are unclear.

Doubles uses the 3-stage stage strike between Congo, Hyrule, and Dreamland. After the first game you can counterpick Peach's. As with singles, in a best of 5 you can't counterpick a counterpick stage you already won on. (so, DSR but doesn't apply to game 1)

let it be known that you can gentleman's DL (or any other stage) should DSR come up.

so you can ask your opponent if they want to play DL even if you won on it already. if they agree you're fine. if not, pick another stage.

The stage logic is different for doubles. Doubles has always been played with Hyrule as a possible starter stage. When we banned Hyrule and switched to DL for game 1, that was just for singles.
