I have no idea since Cyro doesn't come here often and is more active in some other (SSB) forum and I don't think there are any videos on this. Of this becomes a thing that even a chimp can pull off - no offense to Diddy - then Falco's off-stage gimping game just took a level of ludicrousness.
Welp, I can't wait for the next patch. Here's what I feel will happen to Falco:
- Jab combo no longer connects, all hits do 1% while finisher does 2%.
- Dash attack sends opponents behind Falco.
- Ftilt slowed down and is weaker; comes out at frame 9 instead of 6 and does 4% instead of 9%.
- Utilt slowed down and is weaker, also second hit can whiff like Up Smash; comes out at frame 8 does 3% + 4% for 7% instead of 4% + 5% for 9%.
- Dtilt can no longer kill as early, knockback is decreased.
- Side Smash has more startup and end lag; comes out at frame 23 now.
- Up Smash does less damage and has more startup and end lag; 2% + 8% for 13% instead of 4% + 12% for 16% and comes out at frame 11 instead of 8.
- Down Smash does less damage and is slower; does 15% instead of 10% andand comes out at frame 9 instead of 7.
- Fair gains end lag to nullify footstool shenanigans.
- Uair comes out at frame 13 instead of 10.
- Bair becomes slower and weaker in knockback; cokes out at frame 9 now.
- Dair gains 1 frame of startup and does 1% less damage.
- Reflector is slower; comes out at frame 8.
- Falco Phantasm only has a hitbox for 1/5 of its distance.
+ Blaster does 0.5% more damage.
Meanwhile, with Diddy:
+ Uair becomes a frame 1 aerial.
- Uair does 2% less damage.
