I honestly cannot see Zelda or Wii Fit higher than more than 5 or 6 characters. GW is debatable but I'd say he'll stay in bottom or move up to low.
Jigglypuff is good, though. Her bair is just

I want to believe, but I'm kind of skeptical. Jiggs hits hard in this game, but I feel like a lot of characters have the range to just keep her out forever. The change to star KOs where they can randomly do the normal KO animation is annoying after Rest, means you can be punished for getting a KO if the RNG feels like it. Also so many moves that can break shields in this game compared to other Smash games, and she still dies for it.
Still hoping to see some more Jiggs representation at some point though. Reflex plays a good Jiggs, and amazing combos like dair>Rest are keeping my optimism alive.

Sorry gorl but you need to honestly reevaluate your life if you think Zelda and Wii Fit are higher than more than 8-10 characters.
They're bad. There's no way around it. They just aren't very good characters. That doesn't mean they aren't viable, though.
I don't think Jigglypuff will be lower than low tier. There's a good 8-15ish characters I'd say she's better than.

I know right? Whenever I watch a stream or such and I see someone pick Zelda I always get false hope they actually are gonna use her in battle, but they always have to ruin my dreams with .

Her down special has a few pros though, like being one of the only things that is able to stop Ike's recovery, as far as I know. (Don't quote me on that..)

I think tiers in this game are even less decisive than others, since a lot of different characters seem good at countering others. The way Villager and Luigi can handle **** from Diddy, or the way Zelda can actually get an edge against Rosalina, or Megaman's supercamping walling Sonic out... I think they won't be high or mid due to general tournament viability (cept Megaman), but honestly it's cool that less used characters could have something valuable in the overall meta.

wow idk if i've ever seen marth in the bottom 11 before. and i forgot about mii swordsman and ganondorf lol.
i'd actually agree with wii fit being better than most of those. Little Mac, Marth, and Falco are kind of undecided for me, hence why I omitted them.
So why do people think Falco is so bad? imo he's not bottom 10. he's probably low, though.
