Yeah, it would be horrible if someone spoiled the game and told you Rex is Luke Skywalker's father
Update: I'm returning it. OW ended up being the only game that ran well on it. It can't even play a DRV3 cutscene without lagging a bunch on the lowest settings.Changing the subject, I need halp. I felt like I needed a new laptop so I got a new one for Black Friday. My current one has an i5 processor and the oh-so-wonderful Intel Integrated Graphics. The new one I bought had an AMD A12 processor and I just wanted anything that could run a game better than an Intel laptop (the AMD laptop was not labeled as a gaming laptop and I didn't want a gaming laptop, I wanted something all-purpose that could also run games better than trash). So far... the AMD laptop is worse in every single way compared to my Intel laptop. It only displays up to 720p, it runs extremely slow, a full battery on it lasted for a whopping hour and a half (that was spent staring at the desktop with a few background downloads running, so nothing too intensive. With Overwatch running it would probably last half an hour max [ik I would have it plugged in if I was playing OW but that's still a joke]), and the sound is pretty trash. But then I loaded up Overwatch and it's able to run medium graphics at 60fps. The Intel laptop runs at 30fps at max on the lowest settings, usually it's at 20. So it's worse in every way BUT it can run games way better. Now idk if I should return it or not. I could keep it and use it exclusively as a gaming laptop but that feels a bit silly. I don't play OW much anymore but I still want to try Nier which would benefit from a PC that can actually run it. The game is on sale on Steam right now so maybe I should get it and see how it runs on my Intel laptop first, but I'd be amazed if I could even load the game with it. But even then, I'd play Nier for maybe a week or 2, so I would still barely use the AMD laptop. Also I'm not really sure that I'd want to start a new game THIS CLOSE to Xenoblade 2's release.
First question: how much did you pay for the new laptop? Just wondering along with the whole checking its normal price stuff because sometimes sales aren't really sales.Changing the subject, I need halp. Hot Mess: a sentient flaming pile of weave and makeup. Was once a sassless heaux with a makeup tutorial addiction. Attacks with flaming trash that a very nice gorl might generously call "makeup" or "clothes" to spare Hot Mess' feelings. The first boss battle of the Zelda RPG is Mopcina. I need some ideas for some fodder enemies. Any suggestion?
Tsundear: A twin tailed red headed doe who most definitely hates you, b-baka. Most likely to drop heart shaped homemade chocolates when defeated. The first boss battle of the Zelda RPG is Mopcina. I need some ideas for some fodder enemies. Any suggestion?

MetaSoldier: Never takes off mask. Most certainly does not possess a resemblance to Meta***** from the popular ***** series. Plz dont sue, kthnx
Tobin: Because it's not possible to make him a bigger joke than he already is. Wants you to know he's "f2p, btw", whatever that means.
The Steeg: Some say he's scientifically disproven mashed potatoes, and that he roams around the woods at night foraging for wolves.. All we know is, he's called the Steeeeeg.
I just wiki'd Touch and it looks like a sad drama with maybe action(?) or something. Gorl. I lack the capacity to handle that. I can't even watch most romance movies without crying. I get extra when watching stuff by myself and idk why. I'm pretty sure I spent 25% of the time cringing, screeching, and laugh-crying when watching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. But then Season 2 Finale's last few minutes rolled around and I was crying and going NOGORLNOOOAAADON'TLEAVEPAULINEALLALONEDON'TDOITFfamran Lil Puddin Thanks for the help gorls. Since it was Black Friday, I kinda wanted to see how cheap I could go for a decent new laptop. But what I have learned is that my current laptop is fine and I really don't need a new one anytime soon. So it's all good.
And Puddin, if you want something to watch, I'd recommend Touch. It's one of my favorite shows ever made and I urge everyone I know to watch it but nobody ever does and it makes me saaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
Wow that took a while to see where that was going but it's a great payoff.
Season 1 isn't really sad, but Season 2 for sure is. Just try it pls :<I just wiki'd Touch and it looks like a sad drama with maybe action(?) or something. Gorl. I lack the capacity to handle that. they should make a katana dlc for sonic forcesBtw, Sonic Forces now has the Sanic T-shirt as free DLC. I have nothing else to say about it. :V
I bought many since I use them with my phone when exercising. It really depends what you're looking for.Anyone here an expert on earbuds?
I've heard good things about both the Mrice E300 and Carbo Tenore, but iunno.
"Cheap, with good sound quality for the price." I'm not keen on going expensive with earbuds, considering how easily they can end up damaged. Bad audio quality is pretty grating to me, though. A right angle jack and being comfortable would be preferable, but the former's whatever and the latter is subjective. It really depends what you're looking for.
I'm an audiophile so I miiiight be able to help, but I'm more knowledgable of cans and a big believer of the boots theory, so the "cheap" qualifier may discount them.Anyone here an expert on earbuds?

Lil' Puddin confirmed neither little nor pudding-like, but actually a ripped lady-killer himself???when exercising
I thought Lil' Puddin was a little french seal frolicking in the rain?Lil' Puddin confirmed neither little nor pudding-like, but actually a ripped lady-killer himself???
I’m like 99.9% sure he has a boyfriend, so I don’t think lady-killer is a relevant termLil' Puddin confirmed neither little nor pudding-like, but actually a ripped lady-killer himself???
I'm reasonably sure the boyfriend is a raspberry cream danish though, so it works if you think about it.I’m like 99.9% sure he has a boyfriend, so I don’t think lady-killer is a relevant term

The more reading I do, the more I'm thinking I'll just go with the Mrice. They're two years old though, so maybe there's a newer or better model idk.
edit: reading further, I'm not sure about those anymore either l0l
Flan and Giga Puddi are slightly jiggly, but also super firm and way more solid than standard pudding. #Facts4ThoughtLil' Puddin confirmed neither little nor pudding-like, but actually a ripped lady-killer himself???
I broke up with him forever ago. But I'm not single. Inigo and Summer McCree are my boyfriends now. :^)I’m like 99.9% sure he has a boyfriend, so I don’t think lady-killer is a relevant term
Unless he actually murders women idk
Buddhahobo confirmed as the only gorl that truly knows me. btw this doubles as my exercising outfit.I thought Lil' Puddin was a little french seal frolicking in the rain?
I support the boots theory as well; it's more other people and pets (my dogs are seriously talented at ruining things) than degradation from standard usage that I'm concerned about. That said, "cheap" was probably vague; <$100 is more the price bracket I was considering, so your recommendations aren't outside my range. Over-the-ear admittedly isn't something I've used, but it doesn't sound appealing to me; my outer ears are pretty sensitive, which lends to me being averse to cans as well (haven't worn any over $60, but my ears always start aching after an hour or so). I know someone I could borrow some from to try, though, I'll see if I can do that tomorrow.I'm an audiophile so I miiiight be able to help, but I'm more knowledgable of cans and a big believer of the boots theory, so the "cheap" qualifier may discount them.
These have been my goto earbuds for the past seven years or so: AKG Q350
They last me about two years of constant, daily use (maybe an average of five hours?), being in my pocket outside of it's case, etc, I really do treat these horribly so that they last that long has always impressed me. They're a good length from pocket to ear for hikes / walks / other upright related things, and they stick in my ears well. Some of the reviews recommend swapping the rubber for comply buds which is nice, but foam buds come with their own problems despite all their sound/comfort benefits.
Main issues design wise would be the the straight jack and just the potential problems that come with it, and the mic/volume adjuster. I've walked miles and miles with these, weights are okay, but running is a bit of a no-no; sweat goes down the wire and can get in there, messing it up and cause weird connection problems.
They're more expensive, but I have had a pair of these for the past six years or so: Shure SE215K (Noise Cancelling)
It's a right angle jack, good quality, and they're phenomenal sound quality and noise cancelling-wise from a really reputable audio company. For real, my pair of AKG cans are better, but for a pair of under $100 buds? Way closer than I would of ever thought. The reason these aren't my one-and-only however, is...I honestly could never figure out how to comfortably wear around-the-ear earbuds. Like, the length of the wire is good, it feels of a better quality than AKGs (maybe too higher quality, tbh, if you walk a lot like I do. Thicker, stiffer wires = more the bud is disturbed by your motions), but they just won't stay in. That's probably a problem with the buds components themselves that I could fix by getting some foam buds, but I never really bothered and in the end all that is really a YMMV type thing; I'm sure lots of people are comfortable with wrap around the ear ear buds and can walk through a city comfortably and everything, I'm just not one of them. They're desk earbuds for me, but subway / plane / sitting related activities / wanting to listen to something high quality are all good usages for them. As a result they're still in pristine condition. It's also been six years, so there may be a newer / cheaper model of them out now, idk.
And...yeah. Really depends on your situation. How mobile you are, if you plan on taking them on a treadmill with you, if it comes with case do you actually put them in there, do you just put them in or wrap around the ear, etc.
