Soooo this is when I would tell you all how the matches went and who won, but my opponent never showed up. :| We were supposed to start about 20 minutes ago but he never came back and nobody knows where he is.
He said how much he hated this tournament (it is horribly organized lol) but maybe he just left and doesn't want to continue?

I ran into MrEric (RobSquad) on tourney mode. He beat me. I wanted to know if it was really him so I just searched twitch for his channel and said I was gonna get 'em. We were on opposite sides of the bracket, the 32 man too. Beat em all, got to finals. I was shaking really bad because of the adrenaline from being on stream (even a smaller one) against a tournament placing player, but I was really determined to beat him on stream with flashy Zelda things. Soooo.. I ended up ledge cancelling into a fast fall into an elevator from below the stage for the KO off the side. Last stock I dtilted Rob's "recovery" as he tried to grab into an Lkick. First person of the night to beat him! The twitch was freaking out, idk how to turn off the chat scroll so this was all I could snap lol.

If I win again, he'll change his tag to BAN•ZELDA.

Moral of the story: BAN•ZELDA

Raising awareness one step at a time.

I played him in Brawl. He used to use Marth and switched to ROB at some point. He is a cool guy.

(After waiting 2 and a half hours wtf dude) I finally played against the Toon Link player.
First game was at Battlefield. He won. Next.
Second game he went Villager and the stage was Dreamland. I knew he was trying to do that "pocked fully charged Sun Salitaton ez win lel" strat. Countering Villager with Wii Fit is annoying but not impossible. It became a spam battle between my uncharged Sun Salutation and Headers and his slingshot. I ended up winning. (btw Antonykun he used the outfit you use. Freaking copier.)
Third game he went back to Toon Link and the stage was Dreamland again. I ended up getting leading an entire stock somehow. (Maybe because I switched to female Wii Fit Trainer and she was 2hawt4him) He hot up to 130% and i was at around 30%, both on our laat stocks. Then an offstage battle happened and we both were in free fall but he ended up dying first. So I won. The game and the set. ^_^

But that isn't what anyone here cares about. What you gorls care about are the friendlies afterwards. The friendlies where I played Zeldawful. (Using the BAN•ZELDA tag of course) First kill I got was a sweetspot lightning kick stage spike.
I don't care what has happened the entire tournament and this isn't even a part of the tournament but that was the absolute best part and it felt SOOOOOO GOOD.
Second kill was a sourspot dair gimp. Third kill was with an up smash but what was so weird was that I had an uncharged phantom between him and me but my up smash sucked him in to me and he got hit by the last hit of my up smash.

THAT'S ALL THE EVIDENCE YOU NEED TO BAN ZELDA RIGHT THERE. NEXT TOURNAMENT I'M PAYING THE TO (Hopefully a better one than this one lol this guy doesnt even care what happens) TO BAN HER

Really nice going there, your play was pretty smooth in spite of the lag though you seem to throw off FW in neutral a lot.

Mr.Eric really does look like a really cool giuy, I've played him on Anther's before and got rekt and he's probably part of the reason I started avoiding ROB like the plague lol

I actually did that on purpose because when I saw his youtube video against @|ven| a few weeks ago he kept getting caught off guard by FW2 snipes >.>. Like "man they're just so out of the blue."

I was hoping he wouldn't have ran into any more Zeldas to have adapted to

90% of the time when I get hit by FW it's wifi and I'm foolishly trying to PS it. Similarly when I hit people with FW I think lag helps a lot. :/

Zelda is so dang fun in Project M, like the most fun she's ever been imo. All I would really ask for his her Farore's from Smash 4, the Phantom (or just a down b in-general), and Smash 4's ledge gripping mechanics and it'd be perfect in Project M.

I'd enjoy every second of it, and that's coming from a Melee fan.

There are great things from all of the games and using the best ideas in one package is the best idea imo.

unfortunately as great as an idea can be it's all subjective. as I see it PM is stuck as a melee update and always will be

It really depends. I think objectively, using multitudes of ideas is better than being conformed to one. Like, exploring other options and finding out via experience and testing will yield better results than exploring only what is around you initially.

I also think Project M changes things up quite a bit, even compared to Melee. They've added all types of things and the recovery in the game is far better than what you can find in Melee outside of Samus and Fox. Anyways, I'm just dreaming is all, I'm kinda hoping that whenever Project M for Smash 4 happens (it's inevitable and Wii U hacking is starting to take off) they consider having easier targetable ledges. I find Zelda's Farore a tad bit flawed without it because it's completely linear and in Project M you can get stuck. Training alleviates this a bit, but doesn't change the fundamental issue.

Hahaha yes!! That's one of my buddies you're up against! I thought you guys fought (or were supposed to fight) a while back though, but I guess he must've just mentioned you. When he saw the "Turn to page 394..." GIF he knew I knew you (because I would send that to him all the time).
I hope you both do well! I've trained him up a lot since March, he's way better than he used to be (as well as myself to an extent). He just might go Zelda on you, but expect a ZSS.

Girls. I just saw all four episodes of Digimon Adventure Tri 01: Saikai.

It was friggin' awesome! Sure, when compared to something like One Punch Man budget wise, you can see that Tri's budget isn't as good. Funny thing is, the same team that worked on Cencoroll worked on the first four episodes. And even though Toei Animation has their logo on the film, they're doing nothing with it.
