No.

FW2 puts you into freefall, and it doesn't combo into anything.

FW1 combos into FW2 (a KILL move) and it's great for recovery.


Learn your character gosh!



Edit: And FW2 doesn't even hit sometimes after FW1! Wow AND the end lag is atrocious! FW1 has way better frame data tbh.

Court Record one has a fingerprint file, the game logo and other items scattered across a table along with profile images of the Dual Destinies characters:
Phoenix Wright, Athena Cykes, Apollo Justice, Ted Tonate, Gaspen Payne, Miles Edgeworth, Juniper Woods, Candice Arme and Simon Blackquill with Objection! 2013 playing the background. Selecting an app or game to play will have Wright yell "GOT IT!"

Mood Matrix has multiple Widgets appear in the background of the upper screen, with the Mood Matrix at the bottom (With Joy flashing and beeping) along with the Mood Matrix theme playing. Selecting an app of game to play will have Athena yell "GOT IT!"

Basically non-existant OoS options.

Approaching is bad too but Greninja can avoid having to approach with shurikens.

Don't forget he has really good combo potential too. I still remember how he made my Bowser into Turtle Soup.

Also, My Smash Corner replied to a comment I made on his Q&A video. I asked which these three characters (Bowser, Lucina and Zelda) are the most overlooked. He says Zelda would be the most overlooked girls. :D

Yeah, like FullMoon said, Sheik existing is a big hit to Greninja since she does everything he does but better, basically (except maybe kill, really).

And then there's the fact that his frame data is really meh overall and he commits super hard to his aerials.

He's definitely not a bad character, though. I'd say he's on the upper half of the tier list.

Greninja's frame data is meh but he has fast moves in just the right places. Bad frame data certainly doesn't stop Falcon.

Nerf Sheik so that Greninja stands a chance against her and Greninja becomes a perfectly viable character who's generally well balanced.

Possibly worst OoS options of the cast, poor frame data on aerials, below average reward off grabs+horridly slow standing/pivot grab
would be the main things that come to mind.

Some may disagree but I feel like his platform pressure is bad too, usmash's second hit won't connect on battlefield platforms whereas being above a character like Sheik Rosalina or Fox on a platform is death. Uair (and utilt?) are usable for those purposes but they aren't amazing or anything.

I forgot what stream it was but I was watching this Sheik ditto and the commentator was talking about how rage is really bad for Sheik because it ruins her strings

then a ~140% Sheik kills the other Sheik at 80% with uair

The first hit is a meteor and since they're on ground they bounce off the ground before the second hit happens.

It's not exactly that it's a meteor, that's just what the autolink angle causes in that situation since it's centered above Greninja's hands.

I've seen some wonky situations where the first hit shoots them horizontally into the sourspot and sends them flying behind me.
