The remake has better graphics and framerate, but I heard the look of some things were changed to be less disturbing. It also includes the Master Quest, which is a nice bonus. But it costs $40, which is a lot (to me at least).

The Original has the whole "OG Experience" thing going for it. The graphics are worse and the framerate is pretty bad by today's standards. No Master Quest included. But it's only $10 on the eShop VC. It also has the "console experience" thing going for it.

Master Quest isn't worth the extra money. I say get the E-shop version. It plays fine.

I'd say 3ds version.
The graphics sold it for me. Once I played that version I had a bit of a difficult time trying to play the n64 version because everything looked really muddy and dark.

Plus, its portable.

I've played the original and Master's Quest, and I enjoyed the additional challenge Master's Quest offers, BUT my game glitched in the Shadow Temple where you're supposed to turn the thing in the middle at the beginning. It wouldn't rotate at all and you get a Small key from it, so I skipped to the Spirit Temple and beat that temple. It's been 5 years and that stupid temple still won't give me that key.

versat13 is the best SSBB TAS maker hands down. (Though there are a few other good TAS makers for that.) I had just seen that vid recently, I check his channel every now and then, even though he hasn't made a TAS in like, over a year. It hadn't been posted here yet.

The Shulk discussion in the viability thread made me wonder if Greninja might actually beat Shulk now. Shurikens pretty much win neutral to him and he camps Shulk really well outside of Speed and Jump art. And he still wrecks his recovery just as well as before.

I mean, Buster is scary and all but Greninja can run away from Shulk without much issue and pelting him with shurikens once he gets enough distance, especially if it's a stage with platforms. Same with Smash and especially Shield.

Thoughts on this @

Berserker. ? Also, was the Backslash buff of any use to Shulk?

Probably going to want to stick to mobility arts. Recovering low to sweetspot ledge would probably help (teching attempts at stage spikes ofc) or just switch to jump and fly over Greninja.

Shurikens do have some startup though so it shouldn't be too bad to just powershield or jump over them right?

Backslash is still absolute trash.

FullMoon Greninja has the slight advantage against Shulk imo. That or even. I haven't played the MU in ages though so idk. I trust your opinion tho (late edit lol)

Checked the thread. It wasn't as dumb as I initially thought but they clearly don't know Shulk (I saw some~~one~~ people post blatant misinformation about the character). Anyway, that aside, I'll just play Fatal Frame 2 for now. I feel like I'm in the mood to play more horror games

I got myself the complete Squid Girl set in Splatoon and I plan on getting the Famitsu set too, since I'm intrigued by it. Had a bit of a nap as well, and after those matches and seeing how I'm not being as successful with

If Sakurai was thinking that Mewtwo was going to be the mystical pre-patch no-skill/no-IQ kong plus Sheik counter, well ****. He doesn't know how to balance at all
