Uh... jab? Isn't Lucas's jab good? What about Dtilt and Fair?

Lucas's jab is really good, yeah. D-Tilt and F-Air are good too, but PK Fire and Z-Air are just better. I mean Z-Air is F-Air with more range and less landing lag but less power and PK Fire is so good for zoning and wavebouncing with it is a legit movement option.

PKT1 for edgeguarding is also apparently really potent as Ness showed with customs. Lucas's PKT2 travel distance is just ludicrous. Lucas already has a tether recovery and with Ness's PKT2 travel distance would already have a good if not strong recovery.

Lucas's bair is really cool and flashy when you pull it off but it's not really his best move. Nair, PK Fire, and Zair are his best imo.

Yeah Lucas's recovery in this game is pretty ridiculous. But PK Thunder has tons of end lag that makes it a lot more exploitable than Ness's even if it does have good reward. Lucas's PK Thunder II as an offensive move is pretty bad too, it doesn't kill until very late %s, deals a lot of damage if someone is caught in the entire thing though.

I honestly like using PK Freeze a lot more than PK Thunder for edgeguarding. When I'm not going for the B-Air spike that is.

eh no B-air isn't Swordfighters best move it isn't even his best aerial. Its good and deals nice damage but coming out at frame 7 AND having so little range means that you are going to be dissapointed in it alot more than you should.

Sorry, I don't think BAir is really everyone's best move. It was a hyperbole and then a list of "why are these BAirs so good?"

Duh, UAir is the god all butter knives worship.

to make up for the fact you are behind your opponent and in the air
should you land you don't much from it because you have to turn around so it better be worth not getting much from it

Good strat. Great tactics.

That's fine. Practice makes perfect, we were making it look like For Glory during some of our matches. @.@

And I was just messing around with :4ryu: during a few matches. And I just wanted to go Mario because I still had some knowledge on how to use him. So happy to get that spike. <3

And that footstool kill was unintentional. :V
