Given that you're suggesting me to shieldgrab, I assume that you're imagining Wario on a bike as a whole going towards you.

First off, best option for Link is to powershield (and do OoS aerials), Z-Air or throw a bomb straight at Wario on a bike. Wario-less bike running at you should be powershielded.

Second, if that's what you imagined about the bike usage I had in mind, you are severely mistaken. When I meant bike, I meant those JANKY AF frame trap setups Wario has with it. Jesus Christ it's terrible.

That seeding is terrible. Why would you put two brothers against each other in the first round?

I only wish that that was the last shred of misfortune I went through today. I clearly had a really off game today. I got beaten by someone I 2-0'd and 4-stocked before and had a hard time against people I didn't have as much with back then. Hangover didn't help too but lol drunk AF 9 hours before the tournament and sleep-deprived johns

Does NAir OoS work for the bike? Or spin attack OoS. You might also be able to grab him if you turn around in your shield first. Otherwise, you could snipe him with a projectile or something like that.

I did snipe him with Z-Air or a bomb each time Wario went at me while riding his bike. The frame trap setups are what really got me though like wtf I literally am trapped and cornered by it. I really don't know how this matchup and character works. I lost to him 2-1 and his last kill to me was a bike setup I still have no idea about what really went on about but it was a nice way of saying "**** YOU" to my lead since it killed me at 56% while Wario was at like 110-120%.

The Wario won the tournament. No one really knew what to do since the character is kind of unpopular so no one had matchup knowledge except for his older brother (who didn't place high)

I'm watching the tournament Nintendo is hosting for the 13 and under kids. They're all pretty decent actually except for a Little Mac spamming side-B. Also the rules seem to be something like 4 minutes (why do they love their timed matches so much), and Duck Hunt is the only legal stage. :|

I also asked in the chat if anybody was playing Wii Fit Trainer and Nintendo somehow saw my comment and responded to me! XD After that there was "Are there any _______ players?" everywhere. I started a trend.

Time matches are better for the purposes of a non-serious tournament just for fun like this one because that way nobody loses until the time runs out, while in stock matches people obviously stop playing once they lose all their stocks.

They just made it time so that the kids could get the most enjoyment out of the game even if they lose.
