uthrow is INSANE now and dthrow turned into a combo throw that looks to combo into Fly at kill percents, likely among other things

combined with his good grabs you really don't want to get caught sitting in your shield against him anymore

I never thought Charizard was bad before, but I think he can definitely be in mid with the buffs stayed of bottom like a lot of people place him.

With Greninja's F-Tilt buff, I'm pretty sure he can be a top 15 threat now. F-Tilt is such a good spacing tool and a safe poke now it really helps his neutral.

Now Greninja's entire moveset is solid.

Zelda not having to fish for elevators anymore will help her out quite a bit. She was already scary with rage... now she has a proper set up for elevators and up smash is actually a threat on it's own. I think the couple of changes we got today should at least take her to around mid tier. She still has issues with fast characters but she is THE comeback queen. Farore's Wind is basically a KO punch that never goes away lol. Reliable up smash also means we have an answer to opponents that are good at DIing elevators and it's an easy set up from down tilts.

Storable phantom is the last thing we need for top tier gorls .
