I agree, @PUK 's MK is pretty awesome to fight.

I've actually never played against an MK competitively or in friendlies for that matter.

Only in casual play where my non competitive friends INSIST that he's not low tier and in fact broken.

Then again, these are also the people that consider MewTwo as overpowered beyond comparison and that using him is a guarunteed win. -_-

I've resigned to playing an incomplete character. Who do you think is better off? Frame data don't mean squat when half of your game plan is barely functional. Imagine if Ryu didn't have his Hadouken. He'd be functional, but his game plan would take a nosedive.
