So the Rosalina mod and I worked together to make the Rosalina boards a more organized place. I'm happy with the results. More relevant threads are now stickied and less relevant ones unstickied. But we also now have a directory thread I made. So we can document all important threads for easy access.

Now, with all that said, us Rosalina mains are still weird. But hey, what can you do. Miracles don't always happen. :happysheep:

I say this was a pretty productive day either way. :kirby:

Aunt Jemima did Kirby's Inhale beat shields before 1.0.6?

I don't recall Dedede's beating shield before, but I saw Jumping Inhale beat shield on the Team Sp00ky stream a bit ago and confirmed it shielding against CPU Kirby ingame just now.

Inhale's windbox doesn't beat shield. There's a command grab right in front of Kirby's mouth, so Inhale up-close/Jumping Inhale anywhere beats shields. Shielding the windbox vacuum thing can just be rolled or jumped out of. Unless this isn't that you mean... then I'm confused.

For Glory is as good as ever, I see. Just fought a Toon Link whose shield I broke no less than five times in a single game with fully-charged Shield Breakers.

The move is called Shield Breaker for a reason, you know...

Nah, that's what I meant. Heard a lot of people complain that neither character's Inhale beat shields, and I knew the windbox didn't work on shield but also thought the grab was weird and didn't work on shield either. Guess it's just the first time I've seen it happen.

Tipper f-smash isn't quite powerful enough to kill at 0% though. It went like

Guys, I need help. How does one deal with a Little Mac that just refuses to approach? I've tried making use of the Phantom and Din's fire, but they only serve to give him openings to hurt me and just run away. He's too fast, man. By the time I've let go of Din's, I'm still in endlag while he's run the full length of the stage. Twice.

I didn't even need any of that, the guy just stood there and pretty much welcomed the broken shields with open arms. I probably do throw out too many shield breakers sometimes, but they worked on this occasion, so I'm not complaining

What does he do when you approach? Most roll back so just read the back roll, preferibly with a grab so you can punish and do more damage.

Play his own game and fake approaches so that you bait him. Fighting LM is a test of patience if they are good. Most scrubby LMs on FG will just go full out with DA or side B but that's a stupid thing to do with LM because he's crippled when he's punished.
