What kind of playstyle do you like?Guys help me find a new main. Might end up getting in that @ Macchiato status... though maybe not as quite indecisive.

Brawl conditioned me to have a more defensive playstyle, though I've been working on aggro too. Not sure if I'm looking for a particular playstyle, though it'd be nice to have a character who doesn't play like the one I already have. What kind of playstyle do you like?
I would be up for it but that would need to be later after I come back from college. I have some things to take care of.Aww man that sucks.
If it'll make you feel better we can play~ you will probably win most matches anyways

Welcome to the Zelda doesn't work crew, Mewtwo.Apparently Mewtwo can walljump mid-Teleport. That sounds like what might've happened to you.
It seems Mewtwo's teleport was highly based off of Zelda's, so it comes with the same problems. Teleporting at certain parts of stages the wrong way will send you off in an undesired direction. As a visual example... this part of Omega Boxing Ring will usually result in sending you outward if you teleport straight up to the ledge from the wall.
This may be what happened to you.
GGs! I gotta get ready for work now.GGs @ Kofu Fun Games
Wow. Poor Secondmew. Gets the ability to Wall Jump, but can SD from a Mid-Teleport Wall Jump. The FE Counter SD is back, and it took over Mewtwo. :VSo... Anyone want to look into these? This happened to Slush.

Try Diddy out, hahahaha. I wouldn't really recommend having a character with a super unique playstyle because they tend to be very intensive in terms of practice. You could also try going for a heavyweight like Ike, Ganon or Bowser.Brawl conditioned me to have a more defensive playstyle, though I've been working on aggro too. @ Macchiato Peach feels so awkward and stiff in this game. I wanna like her tho
@ Soul. Maybe. Can never have too many Pokemon, right?
I don't think I'd do all that great with Sonic, but idk. Sheik is a possibility. Though to be honest, I'm not afraid of picking up characters with high learning curves. I already experienced that with one character, so I don't mind doing it again. And I've given consideration to Mega Man and Villager too.Well let me think.
I would suggest possibly either Sonic or Sheik. But in my own personal taste.
The reason I didn't suggest my own main: Mega Man is because his heavy reliance on projectiles and spacing along with a heavy mix of other moves and also having a particular weakness to reflectors makes him an immediate turn off to anyone trying to start out as him. He's not very easy to get used to, but very good if you learn to harness him right.
Sonic is still a pretty great character I'd say even after the patch. If you're good with being able to read your opponents and successfully punish, Sonic is the way to go. He has a heavy reliance on creating lots of pressure and isn't that great if left in the wrong hands, but if used correctly, can be a worthy main.
And we'll Sheik... She's pretty basic to use and easy to learn, while also being quite powerful and easy to master. Quite a good idea.
All my own opinion. Good luck main hunting and hoped my input helped. ^^
