I think you covered the greater majority, Impa was a biggy that was missing, following wise.

Do a quick scan on "SBB4 Character Discussion" threads, look at the threads with the highest activity/ posts/ replies/ views.
Gives some what of an indication of a following.

WTF why there so many thumbs down for Chibo? He's the main character of a game from Miyamoto for chrissakes! Actually he's pretty high up in the ranking. #13 ain't bad for such an obscure game.

Obviously the Chibi-Robo supporters are having trouble finding him because his name is misspelled. Where's the "-" between Chibi and Robo? Chibi-Robo!

It's probably because a lot of people are simply downvoting characters they've never heard of, or aren't in the gematsu leak... I for one would love to see Ephraim with his awakening design in the game. Realistically speaking we'll be lucky if he gets a trophy, but this is a WISH list. I have a hunch that a lot of individuals aren't treating it exactly as such.

Toad doesn't have a specific name aside from Captain Toad and they're both on the list anyways.

Wow, it seems like people are being really trigger-happy with downvotes... although now that I think about it I was downvoting a bit too much too. I mean, the top 10 are the only ones with more upvotes than downvotes, with a few exceptions.
