Metal Gear Solid 2 - The game is too solid.
Tekken 5 - As a big fan of Tekken 3, this one tickled my fancy bone far more than 4.
Red Faction - Everything about this game is so good.
Tekken Tag Tournament - I'm a Mishima player, so, uh, yay.
Dar Cloud - Played this through too many times. I love it.

XBOX:

Ninja Gaiden - Cool-ish.
Halo - Pistol time!
Halo 2 - ESword time!

No other good unique games.

GC:

Super Smash Bros. Melee - ...
Super Mario Sunshine - This > 64. Yeah, I said it.

Unfortunately it was mostly home brew stuff and sega is stopping production of the special GD-Rom needed to make games.
