How far is Bellingham from Portland? I live in Grants Pass, which is about a 4 hour drive south of Portland, but since this date is so far away I could possibly make it, assuming other Oregonians do (James, Jesse?).

It's a few hours from Portland...Bellingham is up north of WA, so it'd be a bit of a drive. 4 -5 hours? Try to hitch a ride with them. Convince them to go! This'll be a great tourney.

Again, we'll be able to house quite a few people.

Double EDIT: In another ploy to get more WWU students to compete - I am announcing that IF I earn any prize money, that money will go toward refunding the entry fee of WWU students.

Though I would notmally have mu Halo2 on on the 21st, I will see if I can delay it.

Thing GC would LIKE to do for you:
1 - Send $50 for Prize Money
2 - Lend you my 2 GC's
3 - IF I do not have the Halo2 Tournamnet on that weekend, lend you a couple of TVs.
4 - Help you run it if you wish, as I would like to come up and attend, though not play in it.

Move the n64 tourney back to april 1st - 8th so I can go. 2nd N64 tourney in washington and I'd love to be there, that is when spring break is for us and probably the only time I'd make a 12 hour (round trip) drive there.

I would like to go to this tournament because it sounds like it's gonna be good, the only thing i would need is a ride, AFTERMATH IF YOU ARE GOING AND YOU SEE THIS POST GIVE ME A RIDE, or timmy and tommy if they are going. I've heard a lot about good washington players so i could go up there and just get destroyed and probably learn something.

Zomg I <3 you GC guy. It'd be awesome if you came and helped run the tourney. Having a smash tourney director is important cuz it'd be hard for me (and fellow players) to compete and have to deal with the registrants and brackets at the same time.
