Wolf O'Donnell for Brawl: The only good choice for a starfox villain

yeah... I already had to do that... but it was easier for me: Lyn became an assist trophy.... good enough though at least both our faves are still in.... just not the way we wanted

and now mine is Krystal... I'd go for toad too, but him being in peach's pocket kinda makes that unlikely at best

I've been let down big twice... I want this last one to happen... please God let it happen.
I mean at least Lyn got ATd.... Toad is just in Peach's pocket... he deserves so much more.... so does Krystal incidentally... I hope she makes it

And, BTW, while he's not someone I care about, and I have never played a metroid game... I think ridley probably deserves it more than any other metroid character. Too bad for Dark Samus though, you'd have thought that would be one of Samus's alts

Samus will probably get a Dark Samus recolor, just like we're seeing here.
Nope, Dark Samus can't be an alt. costume or a clone, he doesn't have missiles or the screw attack or morphball, etc etc. and he has lots and lots of attacks to draw from the game. but we all know, that Ridley>DS

I know that according to the cannon she can't be a samus alt.... but I mean daisy shouldn't have been a peach alt and wario shouldn't have been a mario alt... In my opinion, wolf had a greater chance of making it as a non outfit change than dark samus.... wait I'll bet I know why DS isn't an outfit change... because of Zamus... dark samus couldn't work because they wouldn't have a response for her Zamus.

true enough I guess.... I mean it's not like the two are quite similar enough for that.... wonder if mario still has the wario outfit though... I mean Wario is in this game now, but he's not in overalls so it's not like the two could get confused.
... wonder if luigi will have a waluigi outfit
kinda... but I mean the two characters are very different (peach's daisy outfit isn't quite perfect because she still has long hair)
Daisy and peach are quite similar as both are princesses from mario games, but peach is a girly girl and daisy is a tomboy. She's sopposedly actually pretty tough. daisy has never floated on a parasol, pulled up turnips or had any sort of relationship with toad though

That's why Fox got nerfed. Wolf sucks so much that making him a Fox costume took away from Fox's greatness.

Krystal and Falco will be in Brawl there's no doubt about that.
That's really sad that they took the easy way out and decided to implement Wolf simply as an alternate costume.
It's a shame Wolf wasn't created as a Fox clone in Melee rather than Falco, otherwise he would have an almost guaranteed spot. At least it would've made more sense.
Now that Falco has been given that spot (assuming Krystal also has her own), they are going to be hard-pressed to create a moveset for him that isn't a complete clone of Fox. I think Wolf would've had a much more unique playstyle with badass moves that underhand his opponent.
And don't give me the, "Well ANYBODY could have a cool moveset" or "They'll think of something" bull. Yeah, they'll think of something alright, and not only will it fail to justify Wolf's exclusion, but it will just downright suck.

ugh, i was never a fan of krystal. i mean she's alright for the sake of a female character in the series, but she's such a 'new' character compared to the rest of the gang we all know from the series, and the real reason she's so popular is because of her sex appeal. i wonder if she'd still be this popular if she didn't make her first appearance in nothing more than a loincloth.. i know this has been voiced before, and i do know there's a lot to the character besides that, but i wish she didn't go stealing the spotlight from the established secondary characters...wolf. considering the important role wolf had in assault, at least he's getting more attention. too bad this whole alternate costume really messed up his chances.

All of the StarFox males are deconfirmed but Falco, while Krystal does have more chance for her "sex appeal" which I find disgusting, she is a pretty unique character (In her Adventures version), so Krystal FTW basically? YES!

Yeah it's not just her supposed sex appeal that she's got going for her, she's also the only staff wielding character to stand a chance. She's a female. She's one of the only important Starfox charcters NOT to be deconfirmed. She's popular. Sakurai owes her. Sakurai has hinted at her inclusion or at least deservedness. She has a moveset that practically writes itself. She's not a clone of anyone.... need I go on?

From what I know the game was almost done and Miyamoto commented in a interview that She and her half bro looked alot like SF. He talked to them, they delayed the game (it was for 64) and made Fox the main character/ retitled it and bam, a SF game on GC with her being shifted to the "save me!" role.

i'm not arguing against her smash appearance. I think she's a given. i would actually be surprised if she wasn't in. that's what makes me envious; because of her wolf loses priority in becoming a character. i really don't care if krystal is in or not, but if she is i can't help but think that she pretty much took wolf's place.. i'm not sure what i'm trying to say here, but you get the point.
