Why ROB ***** with current ledge limit (in most tournies)

The edgeguard limit we have now makes ROB impossible to beat unless your MK which even in that case is only a 55:45 MU. ROB can just sit on the ledge and plank while shooting his lazer and ****. plus all of rob's get ups from the ledge are probably the best in the whole game. ROB destroy's most of the cast when he planks cept for MK as previously mentioned. so I think the ledge limit should be around 15 cause ROB is good without it and becomes to good with it. I try to win with fox, but ROB players just camp the ledge and it shows they have no skill
