215 is arite, i can hit like 200 MAAAAAYBE 215 i doubt it though, 15 lbs is a huge difference.

and creatine is DUMB oscar had a ***** BIGASS jug of it ontop his fridge.

OK i bench like 300-305 (the 5 pounds really makes a difference). Also benching 200 pounds is very good, espically if you dont lift that often. And I think creatine is the worst muscle enhancement ever. There are to many flaws to creatine.
