Wow, Lucario is second only to the ever-hyped sonic. Sonic would probably be my second choice, then meta knight, ganon, and whoever else I like. I don't think I'll be able to really main anyone, I'll be taking the time to have 3 mains at least.

It's not even a choice. Captain Olimar WILL be my main even if he is the worst character in the game. He's just that mindblowingly awesome!

As for the poll results so far, its great to see so much variation in people's choices. I suppose that's one of the benefits to having a roster filled with such cool and unique fighters.

Also, it sure was nice of Sakurai to include Ice Climbers for the ONE person who plays as them...

Considering only a minority of us have actually played the game, it's hard to judge how much you'll like a character's play style.

I'll try to main everyone except Toon Link and Ness. The reasons are,

1) Tracing all the way back to SSB64, I haven't been able to win a fight with ness to save my soul.

2) I almost believed the supportive arguments supporting Toon Link. Then I saw what happened to him, and my faith was shot.

But my tops will be Pit, Meta Knight, Wolf and possibly Snake.
