I like to make the feeling of discovery last as long as I can, So I might just work across the character select screen, playing for a long while with each character.... Thats a really good idea, although that is not what I would do simply because I would really feel confined having to play bonus matches with fox, ect...

Kirby here. He's my favorite video game character, period. He's the first character I used in both SSB64 and SSBM, and he'll be the first in Brawl.

I was actually thinking of going online before unlocking anything, depending on how it would work (for example, if everything auto-unlocks for online play, then I'm not going online till I have everything). Just play with what's available for a while, make the "newness" of the game last as long as I can get it to last. Eventually I'll get impatient though and want to see all the new characters

I will invite whoever it is I regularly play with by the time Brawl comes out, then dim the lights, turn up the volume all the way and proceed to have a 1 on 1 match against them, after I stop frantically going back and forth between Mario, Link, Pikachu and Pit and probably choosing Pit. Butt-kicking ensues.

If Luigi isn't unlockable, I'll take him, but he probably is because he's just special like that.
If WW Link isn't, I will take him. No questions asked.
If Gardevoir is in and isn't unlockable, I might take her but probably after WW Link. But she'd be unlockable anyway. "Gotta catch 'em all" lawlz.

Ill prolly go through all of one player mode with every char. Then do all the events. And then invite all my friends and have smash fest. I will prolly make a rule after we have some fun fighting. THat rule would be everyone can only use one char for two matches and then they have to choose another char. I would do this so we could all learn about the different chars and possibly we all moght get new mains.

What I'll do is play (a melee type match) with all the veterans in the order in which they appear, then play with the available new comers. Then proceed to "classic" 1p.
