When does snake says "Tasty"??

In the sound effects menu u can hear snake can say Tasty but I cant make him say it during gameplay, have you?

it happens at random when you eat food. I never hear it though, as itens are always set at Off

its a 1/1000 or 1/100 chance when you eat food i think. I remember reading it on smashdojo before.

1% chance of eating anything that refills life, he'll say... something. I don't really know what; the Dojo says that Snake proclaims "This is too good" or something around those lines.

It happens randomly if you are knocked down and pick up food while lying down, or at least that's what I think I read on the dojo months ago lol.
