reading berks posts and seeing his abuse of threads makes me want to facepalm and leave the snake boards to die in peace.

and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks that.

and knowing berk, he's gonna change his mind, agree with what the most recent person said on the subject and do as they say.

You kinda posted late syx. I was gonna let some of my threads die but yeah.

Nappy, I won't stop posting and on first, I didn't do anything bad to you. I just wanted to help but it wasn't worth it. You posted wrong timing, I was gonna let one of my threads die. And name one time I was rude to you.

I actually like this thread, every other board has a thread devoted to countering specific moves and I don't remember seeing one other than this thread, so I say this thread at least should stay.

edit: Although I do have to say that Berk you should write better summaries, for ex, any good MKs will NEVER suicide from a nado, your just writing from experience against scrubs. And it still doesnt say anything about Footstooling nado which is a great strat.

Also, M2K recently made a thread on how to fight MK it has stuff on what to do against Mach Tornado and Shuttle Loop.

kk, also another suggestion, I feel like your moving too fast, i think we need at least 5 days spent on each move or until ppl are satisfied with the discussion. Also its a better idea to ask ppl what move they want to discuss rather than choosing for yourself.

Agree with Paragraph 1 and 2, and also perhaps a single move at a time with a more organized title. Just to be able to find it easier.

 Recently. You might want to check the date of the OP again. That was done almost 2 months ago.

Basic info. SH Bair has landing lag making it punishable. Expect FH Bairs from Wario.

Dair is the work force of Wario's aerials. Pokes shield very well. Angle the shield up to avoid it. Due to it being a multiple hitting move, which means it is Shield DIable, but it won't help much. There are not many options to punish Dair OoS. Utilt beats out pretty much all of Wario's aerials when they come from the ground.

Yeah, the whole "I'm doing this so he won't get banned" thing should've made it pretty obvious that it wasn't recent.

No one actually expects him to be banned for most of the past year basically, so the idea that it was going to happen is tied to that era(first 12-14 months of brawl)

not only are you posting way too much you're also posting **** like this, You really should go back sometimes and check what you say because its hard to understand lol and usually bad advice if you're giving some no offense....you just tend to sway with what the most recent person tells you and go by their opinion ~_~ with a badly formed paragraph of failure

I'm not even sure what those last 2 passages from you I quoted are even supposed to mean. But I'm not trying to be rude, I'm being honest -_-

I could be like, snake loses to DDD 8/2 and give some bull**** reasons and I bet you'd believe me and start going by my opinion lol

Wario's arieals: Properly space U-tilts, place a bomb 1/4 of the stage towards the edge so that he doesn't have as much space,(try 2 sneak in a F-smash), and place drop nades. :)

Pivot grab. It's under utilized, but amazing. If we lacked our Tilts, we'd build our game around Pivot Grabbing, but the great tilts have blinded us to how amazing it is. Wario has no answer to a properly executed Boost Pivot Grab from Snake. Due to how Wario spaces, the worst that can happen to Snake is that he fails to get a grab, while ever other option is clearly amazing.

I don't really see an effective method against olimars pikmin throw for snake.

U-tilt to kick them off quickly, although the lag will allow olimar to punish with a fair or more pikmin throw, (depending on the distance.

But won't you get punished while spotdodging? Olimar can just attack you with jab or any of his tilts

Fiction said one time a way to stop Pkmin throws: Have the TV LOUD, ignore any non-purple Pikmins and quickly spot dodge the grab once you hear it (that's why the TV must be loud).

Maybe it's useful if your far from the opponent
You never want to be far away from Olimar, he easily outcamps Snake, so Snake basically has to try to play an aggresive game. But since Snake isn't really built to do that, thats why Olimar is generally considered a Snake counter.

Losing 40/60 is usually considered a huge difference when you're as good Snake and you're as bad as Link. Usually considered "*****" when you're a top tier, but "even" when you're low tier, when it's exactly the same difficulty. Matchups aren't really bad if it's easier than 35/65.

And people, try what Fiction said for months ago to deal with Olimar.

Strengths:
-quick damage racking abilities.
-great campers
-strength and how long they lives depends on color
-Purples are used as anti-juggle
-white are the fastest damage rackers
-go past obsticles, such as statues at Castle Siege.
-grab range.
Weaknesses:
-die in 1 or 2 hits from any of snake's moves.
-Can, at some point, randomally "desink" (LOL XP)

What to do?
-Don't use U-tilt on them, it'll stale.
-Use any other move.

This should be about right. :)

D-air and n-air have the same landing lag/frames like maybe 30 frames. I don't know which of them has a bigger hitbox but I'm guessing it's n-air
