first of all ign is very unreliable

second nintendo is known to make small surprises bigger

third i'm very optimistic and would have seen the nintendo stuff even if there's no brawl:grin:

the thing is yes they said brawl will be a no show... but then reggie, the HEAD OF NINTENDO OF AMERICA, said look for new news over the next couple of days

G4 coverage starts in 25 minutes. I'll DVR just in case we get anything about brawl.

When I read Llewyenenen(?)'s quote about no Brawl news, I broke just a little inside. Chances that she's lieing or somehow horribly misinformed? Well, it seems unlikely, but...hey, I guess...

Back to waiting. And waiting. Now we wait for news about news; a date for Smash's specific event so we can wait for that.

Yeah,that kind if what happened last year too and look at happened. The TV guide channel said that E3 day 2 will start on G4 in about a half an hour.

true... MGS4 is 15/10.... but u gotta look at the overall package. the only thing sony had going for them that would make me wanna buy a ps3 was...well....MGS4. Nintendo and Microsoft had multiple titles that attract people to their systems. sure you could argue the "home" presentation was badass, (which it was) but who buys a console for interface? its the overall game package you have to look at my friend

yep theres supposed to be more on call of duty 4, halo 3, and rock band. and reggie is going to come out and speak. and someone from ubisoft, but who cares about them lol j/k

edit: @ blackadder: maybe a trailer, some more characters, heck why not some brawl online info.

Hopefully,the full trailer,maybe with a couple returning veterans and possibly newcomer. I'm kind of starting to doubt we're going to get anything.

the thing is if nintendo is showing a brawl trailer no game website or insider thing will know about it

we might be excited during nintendo's press time and the trailer can be revealed tomorrow or late tomight

eventually somebody will see it and show off that he guessed it when he just happened to be looking for trailers for a different game

I couldn't agree more.


I don't expect anything else this week about Brawl other than Friday's update.

Jeez, the entire Brawl boards is so hectic, I don't feel safe making a new thread, so I'll post my observation here.

If nobody else has noticed this yet, then maybe you should stop complaining about how ****ty E3 was and analize the 15 seconds of video we got :p

Watch the part where Fox firefoxes Bowser. Watch Fox fall. What do you notice? Not only does he look like he's not a fastfaller any more, but he looks almost floaty! Is Fox no longer a fastfaller? This could take some getting used to...

Maybe they've made fallspeed dependent on weight, so that Bowser and DK will be fastfallers?
