There aren't any music pieces I feel must be in, but I wouldn't worry too much. Have you seen the list of composers they have working on this game? its Huge! whatever music they put it will be awesome; the little samples they have now prove that.

There's a lot of rock bands that would rule when dueling your friends. Even better would be the ability to play online with your music. You know, someone plays me and has to listen to Incubus....ROTFDOL.

Golden Sun: Venus Lighthouse (I really think that this is the best GS song for Brawl. It better be in. XD)

There was a Kirby game (the next platform adventure ) that was meant to be released for the game cube, unfortunately however that game was canceled (rumored to be moved for the Wii).
In the trailer of that game there was a music that really could fit well in brawl.

the music that plays on sm64 and galaxy on the bowser stage awesome stuff and chemical plant and what im made of and open your heart and nsmb music and emerald hill and the option yo upload your own songs cool idea i just had what if after say 3 years or so you go online and buy additional game tracks from nintendo (kinda like i tunes)
