What is Ike's best move??
Ike has always been really fun to play w/ in my opinion, but using him more often would require me to be good with him.
i like using A, AA, AAA in different combinations, and follow that up with utilt and bair.

Its a tie between Fair, Nair & Ftilt in my opinion

It's between the Jabs, Nair, Bair and Fair IMO.
Ftilt is quite slow Ike needs fast moves not strong ones.
Jabs are VERY fast, so is Bair.
Nair and Jabs can be used for combos, Fair have good range, power and is probably one of his most used moves by me, depending on opponent Sometimes Jabs is used more or Nair, but most of the time Fair is used most.

There's no way bair is his best move. You can win a match with Ike without even touching bair.

It's between fair and jab and it depends on who you're fighting(character/player)

Nair is his 2nd best.

His AAA is awesome, but the killer move is Bair. Nair could be behind them.

People say B-air because it's "Quick".

However, F-air and U-air, IMO, are much better aerials. B-air simply doesn't have the reach that makes Ike's airgame shine. I am NOT saying it's not a good move, simply not one of his best.

The truth is if somebody mastered a move completely than counter but jab wins.

Sure, right, all the situational attacks are the best. Most Ike players dont even use Counter.

You'll see loads more use of F Air and Jab than you'll ever see of U air or D Air.

ok now let me explain aether...based on every GOOD ike player doing aether spikes nowadays after that first aether spike people will most likely start to recover low...which will set up for that situational dair...now granted some characters who recover low you won't be able to d-air...but come on I wasn't about to say bair the time it takes to RAR will give most player's a chance to get an attack out first and doing it over the ledge won't help either (remember people are recovering low) so what else am I going to use? that's right aether....also...I wanted to be different
