That conversation would be really awkward. >_<Neither Sakurai nor Nintendo ever asked Square for Mega Man.
GENO IS DEAD.ino, geno's at the star road.
No, because it is a lieDoes anybody have the link to the site that talked about this DLC in march?
Where's your proof?it was not an april fools joke, it just so happens the information wasnt released until the end of march, it was actually released around mid march, but didnt spread until the end which then people over exagerated and assumed, even though it was not even on april 1st that it was an april fools joke.

Any game is for the players. Fans come after that. I guess it was just inconvenient for Sakurai to focus on what fans want, as to what the genre needs. So this obviously proves that Sakurai intended this game to not be a game "for the fans".
/facepalmWell think of it like this: Back in melee Marth and Roy were two very obscure characters nobody in the US really knew about at all; same goes for Geno, but he was a bit more well known seeing as Super Mario RPG was a past time on the SNES. There would've been nothing wrong with his inclusion, especially as a 3rd party. If they could pull strings for Snake, and especially Sonic seeing as he made it in late in the production, it could've been done easily, as long as transactions between Square Enix and Nintendo went well.
I love geno.Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno
Are we still talking about Geno? What the hell?
Geno is over. He was never going to be in it in the first place. Nobody likes Geno.
Still was a rumour, although I can believe that Square Enix protested - he didn't even get a sticker, did he?There was an article a while back speculating that Geno had been planned on being in the game and work had started on incorporating him just before the deal with Square Enix didn't work out. In the article it speculated that this was tied to Brawl's first launch delay. I bet you could find the article if you searched on Google.
that one time only character nearly had a sequel, except square became total ****s and went to sony to make Final Fantasy VI. The game was released, with only the basic battle system and mario being involved intact. you know what game that was? paper mario.Geno had no place in Brawl. Some one time only side-character just doesn't cut it. Not famous enough. Just overhyped by the fans.
WHY ARE YOU BUMPING THISBumpity bump...
Incorrect. Nayru, Din, and Farore are all Zelda mainstays. They've been the names of the Goddesses since LoZ:LttP. They also showed up in the 64 version.Copyright hell.
Don't you think its weird that neither Nayru, Din, or Farore got even stickers, even though they helped in creating Hyrule? That's because their characters were created by Capcom for the Oracles and as such are stuck in copyright hell.
Either that, or Skaurai just has a bad memory .
Don't make stuff up.that one time only character nearly had a sequel, except square became total ****s and went to sony to make Final Fantasy VI. The game was released, with only the basic battle system and mario being involved intact. you know what game that was? paper mario.
you forgot ridley, he tied with them tooI don't think the tread is up anymore, but it was a list of characters voted in Japan of who they wanted in Brawl having King Dedede, Ike, Diddy, and Geno recieve the most votes. I'll try to find unless someone else knows where it is.
Foo'! They were in Ocarina of Time for like all of a minute. But the first time we ever got a good look at them was as the oracles in Oracle of Ages/Seasons, and they were created by Capcom. Meh, its a bad example: Ralph and Maple are slightly better ones.Incorrect. Nayru, Din, and Farore are all Zelda mainstays. They've been the names of the Goddesses since LoZ:LttP. They also showed up in the 64 version.
ask Fatmanonice, or another member of the Geno Alliance if you dont believe me.Don't make stuff up.
