This is also who I want if fourth parties were allowed, still a better choice than Shrek and Goku. It's a good thing that @Thatkidwiththeafro made the right choice for having him in his fan Smash idea.

He has had games on Nintendo systems and even had an exclusive game on the Wii called "Worms: A Space Oddity" and plenty of potential for a moveset that could fit into Smash well (even replace Snake). Though, since he's third party and has little support, his chance of getting in is pretty low, though possible if he gets enough popularity.

Unlike Kamek, Poochy originated from Yoshi Island
Kamek would be a really cool character from the Yoshi franchise
But you know that everyone would go like "ANOTHER MARIO CHARACTER?"
Kamek appears more in Mario games than in Yoshi games
Poochy only has one cameo in a Mario game
But, he has appeared in all the Yoshi games to this date
Also, Poochy vs needs to happen

EDIT: Kamek in Japan is just a normal Magikoopa, I think
And the other options are the baby characters, so...
