if you did it literally for eight minutes, probably. if they are on like the left platform on Pokemon, and you're on the right ledge stalling, and they're letting you get the stage, i'm pretty sure you'd have to or it'd be no different from peach bomber. but you could just camp the right platform all day long and shoot needles, and whenever they come to you, bair / needle or retreat to the ledge and up b some more. that's just playing defensively and playing to win.
and yes, i am going to do this at wcsl =)
