Something just popped up in my head while thinking of Pichu while I was away. :D
Strategically speaking, If DK KO's an enemy, the best thing to do is charge up his Neutral B right?
If we were to implement Pichu with a self-damaging move into play while KO'd opponent is still out recovering or respawning, we could use the time in maybe a "special taunt" like Luigi's Taunt where he kicks his opponent from the ledge.
For Pichu however does an Overload Taunt like Pikachu's Taunt surrounding him in electricity, it could be in a "hold then release" button pattern or maybe just "press and release" type.
The Effect of using the taunt should be Pichu charging up in animation, the effect though makes him damage himself in X% <- since I'm not really sure of this part
Since he damages himself, If he reached 100%+ as stated by Vile, his attacks would increase and allow far greater knockback
