We have Announcer Calls, so why not we do crowd cheers for the modded characters?
You know, the cheer that occurs when a human player has over 100%
What we should do is get a minimum of 4 people doing one cheer. Then we can edit the vocal clips so that they loop and sync perfectly.
Here are some characters we need crowd cheers for:
Lloyd
Cloud
Lyn
Shadow
Gray Fox
Naruto
Mewtwo/Roy/Young Link/Dr. Mario/Pichu(If the Melee Crowd cheers don't fit)
Knuckles
Sephiroth
Zero
Viewtiful Joe
Soren
Tabuu
Megaman
Rockman
Geno
Klonoa
Dusknoir
Hoppip
And while we are at it, why do Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard have the same cheer?
They have different sound files filled with the same thing.
Let's do something about that.
It is advised to keep them under or at the time limit of the default cheers depending on the character it's over.
Here's an incomplete table of time limits.

Use a Mic. Even if it means borrowing the Rock Band Mic.
The audio files should be in the .WAV format
and the frequency seems to be at 16000 for the crowd cheers...
