Just curious, does this work on Homebrew? I don't have an SD card that's 2GB, and it just appears to load vBrawl (and crashes when you start a match) or regular Project M with a missing CSS icon slot (over Zelda). :(

Also, the README.txt is outdated, from the Brawl version I think.

EDIT: Tried to get it to work on Dolphin with a virtual 2GB SD card, it seems to just load the default Brawl characters (without anyone unlocked) with a missing CSS icon slot over Zelda still.

I tried both installing on an empty one and one with PM3.6 already on it.

EDIT2: Nevermind, update fixed it.

Is there anyway to reenable the project m launcher. Everytime I try through gecko it loads normal brawl.

All folders are in the right places as far as I can tell.
Edit: I've also tried to use 3 different sd cards beforehand, one 16gb, one 8gb, and 2gb if that matters.

Yeah I'm getting that same glitch with the Brawl characters only appearing with the missing CSS icon over Zelda. This is on homebrew console, by the way.

EDIT: The codeset seems to be missing some PM stuff, like the Brawl Shield Colours are still there, and I think the vibration patterns on the controller are different too.

Everytime I updated the file. it would stupidly remove files, this SHOULD be the final download of them all

I can confirm that the above is a complete link. I've downloaded, installed and launched via Homebrew with the PM launcher and it works beautifully. Now I can surprise my friends with the power of the WAA!

However, here's what could be your first bug report (and a pretty big one, too!). It appears that the Kirby Pit hat is broke. Kirby can swallow Pit and wear the hat, but when you try shooting an arrow the game freezes (the loud one with the buzzing). I've tested this both on a Kirby vs Pit 1v1 and a Kirby vs Waa! vs Pit FFA and both have this effect. Note that when testing the latter, Waluigi's hat was fully functional. All the other hats seem fine.

So does this work hackless? I tried using codes, projectm, boot.elf, and gameconfig.txt from the download, and using the standard 3.6 private folder, since the download didn't have one, which resulted in an odd colorful screen that said "Exception 0300 occurred!"

I was just about to ask if anyone else was having issues with hackless

Marioking64DS Marioking64DS Trying to select Yoshi's Island in the newest version causes my console to freeze on the SSS. Maybe the stage file is missing?

I just tried using regular 3.6 files and only the projectm folder from the download, but that just loaded a CSS with no characters at all. If there's a hackless method, please tell us; I doubt I'm gonna get it on my own.

The last download fixed it for me.

Now regarding the moveset:

Note: this is only from a hour of play.

The biggest issue I have is with his recovery as it seems he can't sweatspot the ledge at all. Everytime I've done it he has to go above it and has to fall down to it and if anyone catches on to this they can easily to gimp him.

As far as I can tell, he doesn't have a way to deal with projectiles and his slow air mobility makes him lose hard to those with a good projectile. Falco
Though this isn't a too much of a problem as for the mass majority of the cast, he can hold his own. I found his forward air to be the most relyable when trying combo the majority cast and his back air and up air good moves aswell.

So far it seems his biggest strength is his edge gaurding as his 'waa' can easily deny a comeback. He can also use down tilt to combo back off with another move or forward smash to send his oppoents straight down a very bad angle. And unlike Wario, his neutral air can either pop up his opponent up or drag them with him if fast fall.

Overall I enjoy this moveset and look forward to it's continued development.

Did you take a normal 3.6 download and put the Waluigi files over it? I doubt the problem is with homebrew vs hackless.

I think you just need the "private" folder from hackless pm, I can't test it though as I don't have an sd smaller than 2gb. Please let everyone know if that works.

anyone doing hackless, try just putting the codes and projectm folder into the SD with default PM on it - DO NOT DELETE the folders, just place them in.

That was something i fixed, but every since putting it into the ZP file it broke, importing the FitKirbyPit.pac from default PM should make it work.

Unfortunately, importing the FitKirbyPit.pac did not fix the issue for me. I'm fine with waiting for a fix, though, since Pit isn't a popular character with our group anyway.
Another thing you should know about that I've found is that Yoshi's Island Brawl won't load for some reason (silent freeze this time). I'm not sure why this one is happening. All other stages including Yoshi's Island Melee work.

Also, I've noticed that Bowser has a few extra skins. Is that a little bonus you've added? :)

The biggest issue I have is with his recovery as it seems he can't sweetspot the ledge at all. Everytime I've done it he has to go above it and has to fall down to it and if anyone catches on to this they can easily to gimp him.

As far as I can tell, he doesn't have a way to deal with projectiles and his slow air mobility makes him lose hard to those with a good projectile.
His lack of mobility is a major issue. He moves slowly on the ground and in the air. His wavedash is also pitiful. Which would be fine if he had Wario's air game, but he moves like Bowser on the ground and Luigi in the air. He'd be fine if he had decent mobility as MOST of his moves are decent. Like Popthekirby stated, he can't sweetspot the ledge, but his recovery is ridiculous. D-smash lasts too long. It's okay for covering options when tech chasing on platforms, but that's it. It can also be punished on hit.

The animations are a little stiff. Especially for a character like Waluigi. With all of the potential he has, it would be really cool to see him become even nuttier. He's a strange character to say the least. Seeing more unique moves would be really awesome. I saw no reference to him as a Mario Kart character. (I have no idea what his down-special is supposed to be)

Love the mod regardless, just giving my two cents on the matter.

Another thing you should know about that I've found is that Yoshi's Island Brawl won't load for some reason (silent freeze this time). I'm not sure why this one is happening. All other stages including Yoshi's Island Melee works.
I can also testify to this.
