the country code is just pushing number one, infront of the number i posted above. however it is long distance, apparently i my phone can receive long distance, but cant make calls out =/

toph-none of those ppl are better than me, and in combo of attendance/placing/who they beat since tp3 they dont have better tournament performances. Possibly kamaji if they have EW tourneys but as far as the ones in WWa he doesnt. Plus im pretty sure oreo is better than b mellow

I checked the Aib results and listened to toph, otto, and rethought about my placements. It wasnt blatantly used incorrectly agreeing with otto.

OOs is more important than local and after hearing who you beat at R3 I was able to place that as better than teddy beating SS especially with controller problems. SS was trying to fix that **** when I met him so its not like it was a last minute john. Also as far as you vs otto, you seem to beat him more than him beating you. I thought your R3 bracket/placement was more impressive than pound, but thats excluding pools, I didnt really know how to take those into account because it doesnt really matter except the final result. I also wasnt sure on pools for r3 if there were any.

Id place you above teddy 100%. I think you and otto are pretty even.

I think its more important that you beat otto head to head. So I could agree with otto placing you above himself.

My reasons were not absent from the thread. nobody asked for elaboration. But I definitely left a thought pattern.

Kline why do you make the PR so personal and drama filled. I understand you pour time into melee, but don't get mad when people don't agree with you.

Why do you think you should be 8th on the PR? State some solid valid reasons. The only real reason I read so far is that you got 17th at TP4. So did B.Mello Oreo and 13th for Banana.

Pr placement is about who you beat who you lost two, overall tournament performance, and tournament history. That includes attendance/activity as well.

I dont see how you can say well b mellow got 17th at tp4 and so did kaos lets place him above kaos. ur lacking proper evidence for the contrary. Its you who need to state reasons. Ive already done that.

Our time period for update is tp3-tp4. I also got 17th at tp 3. I dont think b mellow and oreo came to the Gc we had during that time frame. AIb is buggin so I cant pull it up right now. But they didnt come to the nov or jan gc. I dont know about dec cuz that was the one i missed.

Im the one who suggested putting banana on Pr based on his tp performance. but he doesnt have 1 v 1 history. He had been entering teams and halo.

none of them have done better than me, none of them are better than me, and none of them have even been to as many of the tournaments we have had within that time period with the possible exception of kamaji if they have EaWa tourneys.

Ive said this prob about 3 times.

I disagree with how you beat them to a certain degree. The reason i say this is because you gotta take into account things like what character they are. For example, before mango started massing a vareity of chars he mainly used jiggs, and although he always won it was still like a 2 stock (though he obviously dominated the matches). Where as m2k would just straight up 3-4 stock people (when he still had confidence, and partially before the metagame starting catching up to him. But everyone knew mango was still better.)
The case for you and eggz, you always seem to place higher then him oos, especially at the bigger tournies. But he seems to have your number. This could be due to the fact that you play each other all the time. That and eggz is good, but im sorry but he's not very consistent oos, and when it comes to rankings consistency is probably the biggest factor. (Probably a reason why people think your better then him (including myself).

As for the the placings with oreo/kline/b-melo/kamaji. I've played with melo and oreo more then the rest of you (hell i helped trained them and gave b-melo his name) i believe kline their at least as good as you if not a lil better. kamaji i've never played or seen so i can't judge him cept off tourney matches i'd have to look up on aib. I believe b-melo is a lil bit better then oreo and everyone else who plays in our lil group agree. But i'll say oreo is definately more consistent and i think lately he is going at least even with b-melo if not beating him but that also can be due to they play each other often and is kind of like the sw vs. eggz where eggz usually wins.

However, i'll agree with you kline that you've definately been to more tournies, and that should account for something. (im too lazy to go back and look at how many tournies the melo and oreo have been too).

Anyways you guys don't have to even take my opinion to account at all, just figured it might help you guys structure up the pr a little more accurately.

Or you guys can pull a B.C. and have kline, melo, and oreo play in mm's for their placing on pr!!!

P.S. Should update the pr more often imo like every 3-4 months.

Ill just say that I disagree with them being better. You never play me either. The last 3 smashfest you were at we didnt play a single game. Im glad you can judge skill all the way from oregon.

the last one we played a lil. and our friendlys were prob 60-40 in your favor vs my m2. I was recording that day.

this argument goes all the way back to stefan not being on PR. You guys grilled the **** outta me for saying stefan is better than vish and he should be on PR. Without going to tourneys it doesnt mean ****.

so why are we even having this conversation.

I think there have been 3 gc and two tp and a pound. I missed 1 gc and pound.

banana is the only 1 who has placed better, at any of them and that was only placing. the only match I shouldnt have lost that I did was to john. the tourney b4 I beat him easily and forfeited to him when we left(to his credit he has gotten better since we played the first time but its irr.) and his name is brendan I mean lol. all my other loses were to isai and players who are on our pr. toph and above.

There is no reason to place them above me. They dont even have enough history during this time period to where you would say you guys are even and should mm. I have never done worse than any of them since we reset the PR.

If you guys wanna be ***s about it go ahead. You might as well keep rohins on and add ciz dj combo syler and stefan back on as well. I mean, they are better than me.

Kline i've never had a problem with you being on pr, nor did i meanto say that melo or oreo should be ranked higher, I just started my opinion that their at least as good if not better then you. (probably could have worded it better) but like i said that was my opinion. The whole mm canada style idea was to put all this needless arguments to rest, and seems to be the most fair. (Though honestly it should be round robin with rankings 5-10).

And 2nd we haven't played in a while, and when we did it was for over an hour the first 4-5 matrches was back and forth where i was falco and you were letting me test out your controlling so i was just trying to spam flashy moves the whole time and it was about even.

The next hour+ we played i think you won 1 match at most, and that wasn't your m2 that was your marth. You have a bad tendency to tech in the same place or not tech at all like when i did a d-throw with fox on your marth (which i did like 6 matches straight). And the whole you not falling for people putting light shield pressure on your shield (to bait you to roll behind them) but your smart enough to stay in shield. Only problem is your too predictable with that where i could just grab you all day after a jab or two, which i did, cuz i know you weren't coming out of it. (yeah i remember pretty much all your tendencies and how to bait you from that hour+ (that's how long we played). Though i do remember most people's tendencies. I later gave you a ride home that night with your friend down to your dad's house and b-melo was there too. (I also remember toph told us to turn off the lights before we left but we all completely forgot and i rememberd when i was dropping you off LOL)

But i'll agree with you on making it to tourney and being there enough times to be on it. And i can understand you being frustrated with some of the **** on pr, and all the cockriding (that's one of if not the main reason i wanted to be taken off).

Im not upset with you syler. Im just saying that you havent played me enough to kno what my skill level is. The last time I played oreo falco marth, he asked me to play more seriously because he didnt drive all the way up there to play ppl ****ing around. I proceeded to 2-3 stock him consistently for about 45 minutes. That was the smashfest b4 you and I played. (it was probably 1-2 stock lol but that sounds better. the point was he wasnt winning.)

I have a bad habbit of saying its just a game and dont take most matches seriously. Even tourney/mms. I just have to play like I care.

You didnt use my controller for more than 5 matches. the beginning was back in forth and it was m2 vs falco mainly. I recorded about 3 combos from those matches. You then used another controller and I put mine away. I dont kno if it was yours or one that needed to be broken in or somebody elses.

afterwards we switched and did other matchups. I definitely won more than 1 game Lol. It was back and fourth but ever couple of times you would win 2 games or so in a row. I dont think I won more than 2 consecutively whereas there were times when you hit 3 straight. but the rest is true. I didnt win majority but you by no means ***** my, at least by win ratio lol. U did grab me hella and dthrow and I was missing techs that day. I called you a *** many times for doing that lol.

also if we round robin, it needs to be with 1-13. That will also take into account how ppl do vs the best ppl and it would settle the bottom. but basically we shouldnt have to go there because we clearly have set up the timeframe and based on performance its not even a question. this kind of behavior brings the opposite results of what a pr is suppose to do. Its suppose to be motivating, but the politics of it are pretty ****ing gay.

I was your using 2nd controller that you modded or w/e (and its pretty sexy might i add) i didn't use my controller cuz i kept killing myself or messing up against andy earlier in the night, and then Andy being the nice guy that he is, started johning for me. And i was like wtf LOL
I also remember toph and i having an ugly *** set, and then vish and toph ***** andy and me on teams. Then we eventually had our matches and you let me use your back up controller.

Anyways you ***s in washington need to set up an updated pr asap, you guys take way to long with this.

thats my main controller. thats how I know you didnt use it very long. Its not my second its the only one that I use.

I let u use my other black and purple one with reg sticks for a little while. but at first you tried out mine which was the one with two joy sticks.
